Nishtha Ahuja is the Managing Partner and Founder of Primrose Conseiller, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the firm. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a JD-equivalent law degree from India, as well as an LL.M. from Fordham University, New York.
Nishtha has an impressive international legal background, having practiced litigation in India for two years before gaining two more years of experience in the United States. Her expertise spans bankruptcy and insolvency, commercial litigation, wage and hour disputes, mergers and acquisition and personal injury claims. This cross-border experience equips her with a unique ability to navigate the legal intricacies of both Indian and U.S. systems.
As the visionary behind Primrose, Nishtha is dedicated to delivering seamless, high-quality legal support services that enhance the efficiency of law firms. Her leadership positions Primrose as a trusted partner for legal support across diverse practice areas.
Vanshika Kohli
Founder & Managing Partner
Vanshika Kohli is a Founder and Managing Partner at Primrose Conseiller, known for her strong litigation background and client-focused approach. She holds an LL.B. degree from IP University (2017) and has extensive experience in Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, MACT, and MSME cases.
Her commitment to justice is reflected in her previous role as a member of the PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Committee, where she actively promoted safe and inclusive work environments. Vanshika’s proven track record in successfully representing clients and providing strategic legal counsel underscores her unwavering dedication to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges.
Anish Sethi
Partner
Anish Sethi is a Partner at Primrose Conseiller, offering a unique blend of legal and cybersecurity expertise. A Canadian lawyer and cybersecurity consultant, Anish practices as a Solicitor and Barrister in Ottawa, Ontario, across various practice areas.
Anish holds a law degree from Vivekananda Law School, GGSIP University (India), along with a Diploma in Advanced Entrepreneurship Management and Corporate Laws from GNLU and a Certificate in Cybersecurity from Computek College, Toronto. With significant experience in India and Canada, he has practiced in the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, and cleared the Canadian equivalency for his law degree.
An advocate for environmental sustainability, Anish actively participates in initiatives addressing contemporary environmental issues. His cross-cultural legal background and dedication to access to justice empower him to address clients’ diverse needs with precision and care.
Lovish Seth
Associated Partner
Lovish Seth is an Associated Partner at Primrose Conseiller with over seven years of experience in Commercial, Civil, and Cyber Litigation. He holds a B.A.LL.B. degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (2017), an LL.M. from Dehradun University (2019), and a Certificate in Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Law Institute.
Lovish has successfully represented clients in complex cases across various courts, including the High Court of Delhi and District Courts. His specialization in Civil Law, Cyber Law, and Intellectual Property Rights highlights his dedication to delivering exceptional legal services and resolving disputes effectively.
Himanshu Kohli
Associated Partner
Himanshu Kohli is an Associated Partner at Primrose Conseiller with a distinguished career as an advocate and qualified company secretary. He specializes in insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, with extensive experience in high-stakes legal matters.
Himanshu has played a pivotal role in insolvency cases, including the resolution of significant debts, such as INR 1,400 crores for Khatema Fibres Limited and INR 470 billion for Bhushan Power & Steel Limited. His expertise extends to appearances before Special Courts, CBI, National Company Law Tribunals, and Appellate Tribunals.
He has also contributed to research on corporate governance at the National Foundation for Corporate Governance and assisted investigating agencies like SFIO, CBI, and ED during his tenure with leading organizations. Himanshu’s deep understanding of corporate laws and his dedication to achieving optimal resolutions make him an invaluable asset to the firm.
Ravleen Kaur

With a double Master’s degree in Finance from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, Ravleen has developed expertise in financial analysis, strategic management, and comprehensive industry research.

Ravleen has also contributed to the field of finance through the publication of multiple articles in esteemed national and international journals.

Suhani Gupta
